Morgan County is one of the most active commercial and residential markets in our service area. Decatur's industrial base, the Mazda-Toyota plant influence pulling supplier development into the county, and the steady residential growth around Hartselle and Priceville have created a constant stream of concrete work. Decatur is the commercial heart of the county. The riverfront industrial properties, the Highway 31 retail corridor, and the I-65 outparcels all need concrete — warehouse floors, loading docks, building foundations, parking-lot slabs and apron work.
